If you’re a designer, content creator, or just someone who loves playing around with AI tools, this one’s for you. ChatGPT recently dropped a big update that lets you generate images directly – and I tested it to the max.

In this blog post, I’m sharing 5 creative ways I used it for design, from celebrity posters to realistic product packaging. I even added all the exact prompts I used, so you can copy them and try them yourself.

Let’s go 👇

Golden Eagle Poster with Famous Faces

I used the Golden Eagle energy drink as the main visual and added some wild characters drinking it – Messi, Ronaldo, Edi Rama, and iShowSpeed. The AI kept the same vibe and design – I just swapped the characters. This shows how consistent the style can stay, even when the subject changes.

Prompt used:

Generate Image: Size: Poster A4 Concept: Lionel Messi with Argentina jersey drinking from the Energy Drink ( attachment ) Camera: Wide angel almost fisheye shot but without deforming the Character and the image Style: Bright Sunday In Soccer Field AD – Super Realistic with very hyper details of face hair and ambient Main text: “Shije e Kampionëve” with a playful and liquid style

Continued Prompts:

– Do the same with Cristiano Ronaldo with Portugal Jersey

– Do the same with Edi Rama wearing Albania Jersey

– Do the same with Ishowspeed but he is wearing messi’s jersey of argentina

Rugove Water with Real Mountains

I designed a premium label for “Ujë Rugove” (a popular Kosovo water brand) by adding the actual Rugova Mountains behind the bottle to give it authenticity and connection to the region.

Prompt used:

Take the bottle from the attachment and the Rugova Mountains (also attached ) and Generate me this image: Size A4 Style: Dreamy Advertising Poster Concept: The bottle is double exposured somehow inside the mountains but u can still see the shape and the label design of the water bottle from attachment. Collide the bottom of the bottle inside the artwork like its on the ground. The idea is to show the product but still also showing the freshnes of the mountains proving that this water is pure from nature. Use super high quality textures and high definition image details.

Style Transfer: From McDonald's Poster to SACH Coffee

I took a well-known McDonald’s promo poster and asked ChatGPT to keep the same layout and design style – but switch the product to a local coffee shop called SACH Caffee. It replicated the vibe and style perfectly.

Prompt used:

Keep the style and the idea from mcdonalds attachment but replace the ice cream with the second attachment milkshake

Yogurt Packaging for ‘Erzeni’ in 4 Styles

To show the power of reference-based generation, I uploaded or described some design styles – and asked for 4 versions of yogurt packaging for the brand Erzeni: playful, retro, minimal, and premium. AI delivered.

Prompt used:

Change logo on Attach 01 ( the main design ) with Erzeni logo from attachment, change “Landliebe in jeder einzehlen Zutat” to “Univers i pafund i shijeve natyrale” and also “Der neue milschreis von Landliebe” to “Zgjedh nga shijet pa fund te jogurtave” Change the rice bag and the rice in the table with fruits like beach, blueberry And remove the “NEUE” red ribbon and the text at the bottom

Prompt used:

Replace the yoghurt packaging from the second attachment

Prompt used:

Change the product from main design from attachment with second attachment yoghurt product. Change the text “Tenemos un Griego Jogurt perfecto para ti” with “Shije e gatshme per diten tuaj” and remove the hashtag at the bottom “#UNGRIEGOPARAMI”

Prompt used:

Replace the splashed drink with milk and the text from “WE’VE BOTTLED A STRAWBERRY FARM” to “QUMSHTI I PREFERUAR I JUAJI” and the bottle design with the attachment milk

AI Makes Mistakes – But Also Fixes Them

Some generations had obvious mistakes – like weird hands or text. But when I told the AI exactly what was wrong, it fixed it right away. The key? Just tell it what needs to change.

Final Thoughts

This video blew up on TikTok – and now you can experiment with the exact tools and prompts I used. The best part? You don’t have to be a pro designer to make something cool. AI gives you a head start – just bring your ideas.
